Refund Policy

To preserve the highest quality possible, each poster is printed after we receive the order. Only if your purchase is not delivered or lost/ not what you ordered, will we consider a refund or return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Follow the steps below if this turns out to be the case:

  • Only manufacturing faults or shipping issues are eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.
  • To initiate a return, send an email to overtheculture.in@gmail.comwith the following information
  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Order Id
  • Short description of the issue for refund/return
  • Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted, and order-related queries must be submitted within 48 hours of the order’s delivery confirmation.
  • We’ll send you a return mailing label as well as instructions on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is accepted.
  • There is an option for cancellation of your order but will only be applicable within four hours from the time your ordered that product.
